This Sunday, September 18th we will be painting with Julie Conley at Forrest Burdette. As a lifelong art teacher, she is going to guide us step-by-step through making a pour-over painting. Come join! 6:30-8:00 pm

UTH: Come hang out at the church tonight from 6:30-7:30PM for Wednesday Night Bible Study. We will meet in the gym for some kickball/games before heading upstairs to chat about the week and continue in our Bible study. We are currently reading through the Gospel of Mark together. Excited to see y’all tonight!

COLLEGE ROAD TRIPS: If you know a High School student who would be interested in visiting the University of Kentucky, let David know ASAP. We will be taking a campus tour and speaking with admissions representatives from the university. We will be leaving early in the morning this Thursday, September 8th. We will return in the afternoon. For a more specific schedule, message David or email him at youth@forrestburdette.com. It costs $20 for the bus ride. You should also bring lunch money. Invite your high school friends! Let’s fill the van and explore Lexington together. On upcoming Thursdays in September/October, we will be visiting other campuses like Marshall, WVU, and WV Wesleyan. Stay tuned.

This upcoming Thursday, we will be meeting at the Valley Park to play Disc Golf. We will meet at the lower shelter at 10 AM and play until 11:30 AM. If you have a disc, bring it along!

You asked for it, so here it is: we are going bowling this week! Mark your calendar for Tuesday night, because FBUth is hitting up Town ‘N Country Lanes for 2 hours of fun. We will bowl from 7-9 pm. Meet at the church at 6:30 PM to ride the church van. Pick up at the church at 9:15 PM. Otherwise, meet us there! $10/ person
